MEMS oscillator with LVDS output at 180 MHz
The LVDS signalling provides low electromagnetic interference and a differential swing that suits point-to-point clock distribution over short PCB traces — common in networking switches, FPGA reference clocks, and automotive Ethernet PHYs.
Supply voltage and current draw
The supply range of 2.25V to 3.63V lets the oscillator run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, the DSC1123CI5-180.0000T fits the standard 3.2 x 2.5 mm oscillator footprint. The no-lead construction reduces parasitic inductance compared to a gull-wing package, which helps maintain signal integrity at 180 MHz LVDS edge rates.
