156.25 MHz LVDS clock for high-speed serial links
The DSC1123CI5-156.2500T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) oscillator delivering a 156.25 MHz LVDS output — the exact frequency used in 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and PCIe Gen 1/2 reference clocks. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external regulator.
Stability and package for board-level fit
Frequency stability is ±10 ppm across temperature, voltage, and load — tight enough for a 156.25 MHz serial clock without external trimming. The 6-SMD no-lead package (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) fits the same footprint as a standard quartz oscillator, so a board designed for a quartz can take this MEMS part without a layout change.
Microchip lists the DSC1123CI5-156.2500T as Active.
