MEMS oscillator with LVDS output for automotive clock trees
Frequency stability and supply voltage tolerance
Frequency stability is rated at ±10 ppm, which keeps the 34 MHz carrier within tight bounds across the full temperature range — critical for CAN-FD or Ethernet PHY reference clocks where ppm error accumulates in the bit-time budget. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an external LDO; the 32 mA max supply current is the total draw including the LVDS output stage.
Supplied in Tape & Reel for automated pick-and-place; the 6-SMD package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm, fitting dense PCB layouts.
