MEMS oscillator replaces quartz without a board spin
The DSC1123CI5-034.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs 34 MHz LVDS from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply, drawing 32 mA max. The MEMS resonator eliminates quartz startup issues and offers better shock and vibration tolerance — a direct drop-in for standard quartz oscillators in the same 6-SMD footprint.
LVDS output and ±10 ppm stability for differential clock trees
LVDS output delivers a differential pair with low swing, reducing EMI and supporting longer traces on the PCB — typical for FPGA reference clocks, Gigabit Ethernet PHYs, and SerDes transceivers.
Microchip lists the DSC1123CI5-034.0000 as Active.
