26.5625 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator – field-fit and sourcing
The DSC1123CI5-026.5625T: This is a 26.5625 MHz MEMS-based XO with LVDS output from the Microchip DSC1123 series. The LVDS differential pair gives clean edge rates over longer board traces than a single-ended CMOS clock – useful when the oscillator sits at one end of the PCB and the receiver is 50 mm away. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO.
Product status is Active – Microchip continues to manufacture and support this order code. The 6-SMD no-lead package (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard MEMS oscillator land pattern. No exotic reflow profile – the MEMS resonator is sealed in the package, so standard lead-free solder profiles work.
That holds the 26.5625 MHz carrier within ±266 Hz – tight enough for a 100BASE-TX Ethernet reference or a serialiser/deserialiser PLL without external trimming.
