MEMS oscillator at 20 MHz with LVDS output
Rated over -40°C to 85°C with ±25 ppm frequency stability, this part holds the clock edge within tight jitter budgets for 10/100 Ethernet PHYs, FPGA reference clocks, and baseband processors that expect a differential input.
Supply range and output control
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so it runs from either a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate LDO — one less component on the power tree. This is useful for power-gating unused clock domains during sleep modes or for board-level test isolation.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead construction means the terminations are flush with the package body — no protruding leads to snag during handling. Store the reels in a dry cabinet if the moisture-barrier bag is opened; the no-lead package is not moisture-sensitive by default, but the reel label carries the MSL level.
Microchip lists this part as Active — no EOL notice, no last-time-buy window.
