200 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator — AEC-Q100, wide supply, active
The LVDS output swings a differential pair at 200 MHz with typical edge rates that keep jitter low for SerDes reference clocks, FPGA transceiver links, or high-speed ADC sampling clocks. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an intermediate regulator.
Industrial temperature grade and automotive qualification
The AEC-Q100 qualification adds the stress and reliability screening required for automotive modules: the part has passed temperature cycling, ESD, and latch-up tests per the automotive IC standard. For a 200 MHz reference, ±50 ppm translates to ±10 kHz of absolute frequency error — well within the pull-in range of a typical SerDes CDR or FPGA PLL. No external trim components are needed.
Packaged in a 6-SMD no-lead (6-SMD, No Lead) case measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.50 mm pitch pads are on a standard 1.27 mm row spacing — the footprint matches industry-standard 3.2x2.5 mm XO land patterns. No via-in-pad required for the supply bypass cap; a 100 nF X7R placed within 2 mm of the VDD pin is sufficient.
Product status is Active — Microchip continues to manufacture and support the DSC1123 series.
