148.3516 MHz LVDS clock source with AEC-Q100 qualification
The MEMS base resonator gives this oscillator a faster startup time and higher reliability under mechanical stress compared to a quartz-based XO at the same frequency — no crystal aging drift to budget over the product lifetime. The 6-SMD, No Lead package (5.00 mm x 3.20 mm, 0.90 mm seated height) is a standard footprint shared by many MEMS oscillators; a drop-in replacement from the same DSC1123 family with a different frequency or stability grade shares the same land pattern.
No last-time-buy window or successor part number has been announced. The 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply range covers 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails commonly found in automotive and industrial digital systems; confirm the output termination for LVDS (100 Ω differential) in the layout.
