125 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for automotive clocking
AEC-Q100 qualification means it has passed the reliability stress tests required for automotive-grade electronics — under-hood ECUs, ADAS sensor modules, and infotainment head units that see vibration and thermal cycling. The MEMS base resonator eliminates the quartz crystal's mechanical fragility and startup delay; this oscillator is rated for the shock and vibration profile of automotive and industrial environments where a quartz can would fail.
Supply voltage and output drive considerations
The LVDS output is a differential pair requiring 100 Ω termination at the receiver; the 32 mA max supply current includes the output driver current into a 100 Ω load. When the enable/disable function pulls the output to high-Z, supply current drops to 22 mA max. The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a standard 5×3.2 mm footprint that matches many quartz oscillator land patterns, simplifying a drop-in replacement.
It is suitable for both new design-ins and ongoing production builds.
