The DSC1123BI5-100.0000T delivers a 100 MHz LVDS output from a MEMS resonator, offering a drop-in replacement for quartz-based oscillators in high-speed clock trees. The LVDS signalling keeps jitter low and common-mode noise rejection high over twisted-pair or controlled-impedance traces — a fit for gigabit Ethernet, SerDes reference clocks, or FPGA transceiver banks.
Operates from a 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply, covering 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
