100 MHz LVDS clock with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1123BI5-100.0000: The LVDS output at 100 MHz keeps noise coupling low in a mixed-signal environment. AEC-Q100 qualification means this part passed the automotive stress tests: temperature cycling, ESD, latch-up, and extended high-temperature operating life. It is suited for under-hood ECU clocks, ADAS sensor interfaces, or infotainment serial links where a crystal oscillator would drift or fail under vibration.
Supply range and disable function
The supply voltage accepts 2.25V to 3.63V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external regulator. The Enable/Disable pin lets the system gate the clock: when disabled, the supply current drops to 22 mA max, useful for power-save modes in battery-backed or thermal-constrained designs.
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The surface-mount footprint is standard for 5x3.2 mm oscillators — no via-in-pad required. The MEMS die is sealed inside the ceramic cavity, so no special handling beyond standard MSL precautions.
No pin-compatible second source is listed; the DSC1123BI5-100.0000 is the exact order code for this frequency and stability grade. Quoted to order against the BOM quantity; availability confirmed at RFQ.
