100 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 grade
The DSC1123BI1-100.0000 is a 100 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator rather than a quartz crystal, delivering LVDS output in a 5.0 mm × 3.2 mm 6-SMD no-lead package. The Enable/Disable function lets you gate the output for system power sequencing or test modes without removing the supply rail.
Supply voltage and current budget
Maximum supply current is 32 mA when enabled, dropping to 22 mA when disabled — the disable current is still present because the internal PLL and MEMS bias remain powered.
Product status is Active — Microchip continues to manufacture the DSC1123 series, so this part is available for both new designs and production replenishment without a last-time-buy deadline. The MEMS resonator construction means no quartz crystal to age or crack under mechanical shock — a practical advantage for automotive and industrial field-replaceable modules.
