156.25 MHz LVDS clock source with AEC-Q100
The DSC1123BE5-156.2500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 156.25 MHz LVDS output with ±10 ppm frequency stability over -20°C to +70°C. LVDS is the right choice for point-to-point high-speed links where common-mode noise rejection matters — think serializer/deserializer reference clocks, FPGA transceiver banks, or automotive Ethernet PHYs. It fits under-hood or cabin-domain designs where a quartz part might drift or fail under vibration.
Operates from 2.25 V to 3.63 V, covering the common 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an extra regulator.
Listed as Active by Microchip.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 5.00 mm × 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The no-lead land pattern is a direct drop-in for standard 5.0×3.2 mm oscillator footprints — no board spin required if you are replacing a quartz XO in the same form factor.
