Product details

266.6667 MHz LVDS clock for high-speed serial links

The DSC1123BE1-266.6667T is an LVDS-output MEMS oscillator at 266.6667 MHz, part of Microchip's DSC1123 family. The MEMS resonator gives it better shock tolerance and faster start-up than a quartz-based XO — relevant if the board sees vibration or needs the clock ready before the PLL locks. The Enable/Disable function pulls the output to high-impedance and drops supply current to 22 mA max when the clock is gated off.

Active production — no LTB window to plan for

Product status is Active per the latest lifecycle record. No last-time-buy or NRND notice has been issued — the part is still qualified for new designs and production builds.

6-VDFN package and board layout

Housed in a 6-VDFN measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The surface-mount footprint is standard for MEMS oscillators in this frequency range — the exposed pad on the bottom side should be soldered to a ground-plane via array for thermal and electrical contact.
