Automotive-grade MEMS clock at 50 MHz LVDS
The LVDS differential pair delivers the low-jitter, high-noise-margin clock needed in automotive and industrial environments where ground bounce or long traces would corrupt a single-ended signal. It is rated for under-hood or cabin deployment where the ambient hits 105°C and supply rails wander between 2.25V and 3.63V.
Supply range and disable function
The 2.25V–3.63V supply range covers 2.5V and 3.3V rails without an external LDO.
Microchip lists the DSC1123AL2-050.0000T as Active. No PCN or last-time-buy has been issued for this order code. The 6-SMD no-lead exposed pad package is a standard 7.0 × 5.0 mm footprint — the same land pattern used by many quartz oscillators, so a board layout already using that pad can drop in this MEMS part without a spin.
