The DSC1123AL2-025.0000 is a 25 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator from Microchip's DSC1123 series, qualified to AEC-Q100 Grade 1 (-40°C to +105°C). The MEMS resonator eliminates the startup reliability concerns of quartz — no activity dips, no frequency jumps over temperature. The LVDS output provides a differential signal with typical edge rates under 1 ns, suitable for clocking high-speed ADCs, FPGAs, or SerDes transceivers.
The wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.63V allows direct connection to 2.5V or 3.3V rails without an intermediate LDO.
