155.52 MHz LVDS MEMS oscillator for automotive timing
The DSC1123AI5-155.5200T is a MEMS-based XO delivering a 155.52 MHz LVDS output — a common reference clock for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, PCIe Gen 3, or serializer-deserializer (SerDes) links in automotive infotainment and ADAS camera modules. Supply voltage tolerance from 2.25V to 3.63V means the oscillator runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail — no extra LDO needed, saving one component per BOM line.
AEC-Q100 qualification and temperature grade
The MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal, which is relevant for engine-bay or transmission-mounted modules.
This is a current production part suitable for both new design-ins and ongoing volume builds — no last-time-buy window to manage. The Enable/Disable function (pin-controlled) lets the system shut down the oscillator to 22 mA max supply current in standby, useful for automotive sleep modes.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — compatible with standard reflow profiles for automotive-grade assemblies. Supplied on Tape & Reel (TR) suitable for automated pick-and-place; the exposed pad aids thermal conduction to the PCB ground plane.
