148.5 MHz LVDS clock for automotive and industrial timing
The DSC1123AI2-148.5000T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) delivering a 148.5 MHz LVDS output — the exact frequency used in 1080p video clocking and automotive SerDes links. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate regulator. The ±25 ppm frequency stability holds over temperature and supply variation, keeping the video pixel clock within spec.
AEC-Q100 qualification and enable/disable gating
The enable/disable function pulls the output to high-Z and drops supply current to 22 mA max, letting the ECU gate the clock during sleep modes.
Package and board layout notes
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The exposed pad requires a thermal via pattern under the package for heat transfer — the datasheet layout recommendation keeps the junction temperature within limits during continuous 32 mA draw.
