148.352 MHz LVDS clock for automotive and industrial
The DSC1123AI2-148.3520 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1123 series, outputting a 148.352 MHz LVDS signal with ±25 ppm frequency stability. The MEMS resonator makes it more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal—handy when the board sits on an engine block or a factory robot arm. AEC-Q100 rated, so it is qualified for automotive temperature and reliability stress.
Enable/Disable function and current draw
The Enable/Disable pin lets you gate the output—useful for power-cycling a clock tree during system sleep. Max supply current is 32 mA when enabled; with the output disabled it drops to 22 mA max, saving a bit of standby power.
6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package, 7.00mm x 5.00mm footprint, 0.90mm seated height. Surface-mount, so it goes through reflow; no special handling beyond standard MSL precautions.
