MEMS XO at 62.5 MHz — LVDS output, ±25 ppm
The DSC1123AI2-062.5000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1123 series, delivering a 62.5 MHz LVDS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability. The MEMS resonator replaces the quartz crystal, giving faster startup and better resistance to shock and vibration — relevant for industrial and outdoor telecom gear where a quartz can fail under mechanical stress. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.63V, so the same part works on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The Enable/Disable function lets a GPIO gate the output; in disable the supply current drops to 22 mA max from the 32 mA max active draw.
