7.00 mm × 5.00 mm 6-SMD with no lead exposed pad — the footprint is a standard 6-pad land pattern with centre ground pad. The 0.90 mm seated height keeps it below low-profile enclosure lids. No via-in-pad or thermal relief is required; the pad is primarily mechanical and thermal, not electrical.
