150 MHz LVDS reference for automotive timing
The DSC1123AI1-150.0000T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) delivering a 150 MHz LVDS output from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply rail.
Supply range and output compatibility
The 2.25V–3.63V supply span means the part runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator — the LVDS output common-mode voltage tracks the supply, so the receiver threshold stays centred. The 150 MHz LVDS output directly drives a downstream PLL or SerDes reference input without an external termination resistor network — the differential swing is 350 mV typical into a 100-Ω load.
Housed in a 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 6-SMD no-lead exposed pad package, the DSC1123AI1-150.0000T sits on a standard 6-pad land pattern — the exposed pad should be soldered to a ground-plane via array to keep the thermal impedance low under the 32 mA supply current. Seated height is 0.90 mm max, fitting under a 1.0 mm clearance shield can or enclosure standoff.
