The DSC1123AE2-125.0000 is an active-production MEMS-based XO delivering a 125 MHz LVDS output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across -20°C to 70°C.

Operates from a 2.25V to 3.63V supply, drawing a maximum 32 mA when enabled and 22 mA when disabled — the disable function lets the system gate the clock tree without a separate load switch.

Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead exposed-pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — the exposed pad conducts heat to the PCB ground plane and should be soldered to a thermal via array for best jitter performance.
