200 MHz LVDS clock source with AEC-Q100 qualification
The LVDS signalling keeps jitter low over the 0.50 mm pitch traces typical of a 6-layer automotive ECU board.
Supply rail flexibility and disable function
The 2.25 V to 3.63 V supply range lets the oscillator run from a 2.5 V FPGA bank or a 3.3 V MCU rail without a dedicated LDO. At 32 mA max supply current, the thermal load on the 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm exposed-pad package is low even in a sealed enclosure.
