148.35 MHz LVDS clock source with MEMS resonator

The DSC1123AE1-148.3500 is a standard XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 148.35 MHz LVDS output from a MEMS base resonator. The MEMS structure gives faster startup and better shock tolerance than a quartz crystal — useful if the board sees vibration or the system powers up and down frequently. The Enable/Disable function lets the system gate the clock for power saving, drawing 22 mA max when disabled versus 32 mA max when active.

Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
