The DSC1122CL2-156.2500T is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 156.25 MHz LVPECL output — a common reference frequency for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, Fibre Channel, and PCIe Gen 1/2 clocking. The Enable/Disable function lets the system shut down the oscillator output, dropping supply current from 58 mA to 22 mA.
Supply voltage flexibility and power budget
Maximum supply current is 58 mA when enabled; at 22 mA when disabled, the oscillator's contribution to the system standby budget is low.
Package, footprint, and board integration
The 6-SMD, No Lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Surface-mount assembly with standard reflow profiles; the MEMS die inside the package eliminates the quartz crystal's sensitivity to board flex and mechanical shock during rework or field vibration.
