LVPECL clock at 156.25 MHz — MEMS resonator, wide supply range
The DSC1122CL1-156.2500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) oscillator delivering a 156.25 MHz LVPECL output — the exact frequency used as the reference clock for 10 Gigabit Ethernet (XAUI) and many FPGA SERDES blocks. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, so the same part works with 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without a separate LDO for the oscillator. Frequency stability is ±50 ppm over the full -40 to +105 °C industrial temperature range, holding the clock edge jitter within the timing budget for a 10.3125 Gbaud serial link.
