MEMS oscillator replaces quartz at 74 MHz LVPECL
The MEMS resonator is the active element, not a quartz crystal, which means no startup jitter from a crystal's motional inductance and no frequency drift from crystal aging. The wide input range also absorbs rail ripple — a 3.3 V rail that dips to 3.0 V under load still keeps the oscillator locked.
Industrial temperature grade and tight stability
The 6-SMD, no-lead package measures 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — a compact footprint that leaves room for passives on a dense mixed-signal board.
