155.52 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator for timing trees
The DSC1122CI2-155.5200 is a MEMS-based standard oscillator (XO) delivering a 155.52 MHz LVPECL output — a common reference for 1 GbE, SONET/SDH, and FPGA transceiver clocking. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails — useful when the same BOM must work across multiple logic families.
The MEMS resonator construction avoids quartz supply constraints and offers faster startup than a crystal-based oscillator.
6-SMD package and Enable/Disable function
Housed in a 3.20mm x 2.50mm 6-SMD no-lead package, seated height 0.90mm — fits tight board stacks and high-density layouts.
