MEMS clock at 150.75 MHz LVPECL
The DSC1122CI2-150.7500 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) that outputs a 150.75 MHz LVPECL differential clock — the standard for high-speed SERDES, FPGA transceivers, and 10GbE reference clocks where jitter budget is tight.
Supply range and disable function
Operates from 2.25V to 3.6V supply, covering 2.5V and 3.3V rails common in networking and FPGA designs.
The DSC1122 series remains a current design-in choice for production builds requiring a 150.75 MHz LVPECL source in a 3.2 mm x 2.5 mm 6-SMD footprint.
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead package measuring 0.126" x 0.098" (3.20 mm x 2.50 mm) with a seated height of 0.035" (0.90 mm).
