150.5 MHz LVPECL clock from a MEMS resonator
The DSC1122CI2-150.5000T delivers a 150.5 MHz LVPECL output from a MEMS-based resonator, not a quartz crystal. That means it shakes off vibration better than a quartz oscillator and starts up without the crystal's long settle time — useful in a drive stage or a base station that sees fan and chassis vibration. On a power-sequenced board, that saves a load-switch FET.
