MEMS oscillator at 150.25 MHz LVPECL
The DSC1122CI2-150.2500T is a MEMS-based XO (standard oscillator) from Microchip's DSC1122 series, delivering a 150.25 MHz LVPECL output with ±25 ppm frequency stability across the full industrial temperature range. LVPECL is the differential signal standard for high-speed clock distribution — the 150.25 MHz output suits networking and FPGA reference clock trees.
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator runs off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra LDO — the wide range absorbs rail droop from the upstream regulator.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm — this is a standard MEMS oscillator footprint. The 0.90 mm height keeps it low-profile for blade servers and compact line cards where board-to-board clearance is tight.
