364 MHz LVPECL clock source for high-speed logic
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator.
Frequency stability and temperature grade
Rated ±10 ppm frequency stability over the -20°C to 70°C commercial range — tight enough for most 10GbE and 12G-SDI reference clocks, but the temperature ceiling means this oscillator stays in indoor, conditioned equipment. An outdoor base-station or engine-bay application would need the industrial-temperature sibling from the DSC1122 family.
No last-time-buy window to chase, no forced redesign for a drop-in replacement. The DSC1122 series is Microchip's current MEMS oscillator platform, so supply continuity is baked into the product line.
6-SMD no-lead package, 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm footprint, 0.90 mm seated height. The LVPECL output is a differential pair — route the two traces as a controlled-impedance 100-Ω differential pair with the termination resistors placed close to the receiver. The Enable pin is active-high; leave it pulled high if the function is unused.
