77 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production, ±10 ppm stability
The MEMS base resonator replaces a quartz crystal — the part is a complete oscillator in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm x 2.50 mm, with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, making it compatible with 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic rails without an external regulator.
LVPECL output and enable/disable function
The LVPECL output provides the differential swing and fast edge rates required for high-speed clock distribution to FPGAs, SERDES, or Ethernet PHYs — the 58 mA max supply current reflects the output driver's bias current.
