77 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production
The MEMS base eliminates quartz aging drift and improves shock/vibration tolerance — relevant for telecom base stations, industrial Ethernet switches, and FPGA reference clocks where a ±10 ppm stability grade is required over -20°C to 70°C.
Supply flexibility and LVPECL drive
Rated supply range of 2.25 V to 3.6 V covers both 2.5 V and 3.3 V rails without an extra regulator. LVPECL output draws 58 mA max — typical for the logic family, but the wide Vdd tolerance lets the oscillator share a rail with the downstream PLL or SerDes without a dedicated LDO.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 3.20 mm × 2.50 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The footprint is standard for this form factor — no special fan-out or via-in-pad required.
