MEMS oscillator with LVPECL output at 114.285 MHz
The DSC1122BI2-114.2850 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1122 series, delivering a fixed 114.285 MHz LVPECL output. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so the oscillator runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 5.00 mm x 3.20 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The 0.50 mm pitch pads require a controlled-impedance trace to the LVPECL receiver — the 50-ohm termination network should sit within 0.5 inch of the output pin to minimise reflections at 114.285 MHz. Standard reflow profiles for lead-free solder apply.
