100 MHz LVPECL — MEMS oscillator for high-speed clock trees
The DSC1122BI1-100.0000 is a MEMS-based XO (Standard) from Microchip's DSC1122 series, delivering a 100 MHz LVPECL output with ±50 ppm frequency stability. Its supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, making it compatible with common 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external regulator. The Enable/Disable function lets you gate the output for power savings or test modes — the disable current max is 22 mA versus 58 mA when active.
Industrial temperature grade and MEMS reliability
The MEMS resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than quartz — a practical advantage in motor-drive or automotive environments where crystal failures show up as intermittent clock loss.
New designs can commit to this part without an LTB window.
