The DSC1122AI2-312.5000 is a MEMS-based XO delivering a 312.5 MHz LVPECL output with ±25 ppm frequency stability — a clean reference for 10G Ethernet, FPGA transceivers, and SERDES clocking where jitter budget is tight. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, letting a single oscillator serve both 2.5V and 3.3V clock domains without a separate regulator or level translator.
6-SMD package and enable/disable function
Housed in a 7.00mm × 5.00mm 6-SMD no-lead exposed pad package, 0.90mm seated height — the exposed pad aids thermal conduction to the PCB ground plane, important when the 58 mA supply current is continuous.
