156.2539 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — fit check
The LVPECL output draws up to 58 mA when enabled; pulling the Enable/Disable pin low drops consumption to 22 mA max. LVPECL is a differential pair — the 156.2539 MHz signal needs a termination at the receiver. The output swing is large enough to drive a clock fan-out buffer or a PLL reference input directly, but the trace pair must be impedance-controlled to keep the edge rates clean.
Package and reflow — 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm, MSL check before the oven
The 6-SMD no-lead exposed-pad package measures 7.0 mm × 5.0 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. Before the reflow oven, confirm the moisture sensitivity level (MSL) on the reel label. The MEMS die inside is sealed, but the package construction can trap moisture — if the MSL rating is 3 or higher and the floor life has been exceeded, a 24-hour bake at 125 °C is required or the part popcorns during reflow.
