156.25 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production
The DSC1122AI2-156.2500T is a 156.25 MHz MEMS-based XO with LVPECL output, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a 2.25V to 3.6V supply range.
LVPECL output and supply flexibility
LVPECL is the standard differential clocking format for 156.25 MHz — the common reference frequency for 10 Gigabit Ethernet and Fibre Channel. The wide supply range (2.25V–3.6V) lets it run directly from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an intermediate regulator, simplifying the power tree.
Package and footprint for 6-SMD layout
Housed in a 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 6-SMD package with an exposed pad (0.90 mm seated height). The 0.276" x 0.197" footprint is common across the DSC1122 series, so a single layout can accommodate multiple frequency variants.
Listed as Active with no end-of-life notice from Microchip.
