155.52 MHz LVPECL oscillator for high-speed clock trees
The DSC1122AI1-155.5200T is a MEMS-based XO (standard) delivering a 155.52 MHz LVPECL output — a common reference for 10 Gigabit Ethernet, SONET/SDH, and high-speed serial links where the differential signal keeps jitter low over a short PCB trace. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs from a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an external LDO — the LVPECL output swing scales with Vdd, and the receiver's common-mode range must match.
6-SMD package — layout checklist
The 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 6-SMD package with no-lead exposed pad requires a thermal-via array under the pad for best heat transfer — the datasheet's recommended land pattern is the starting point, not an option. Seated height is 0.90 mm max, so the oscillator fits under a 1.0 mm board-to-shield clearance — confirm the keep-out zone on the opposite side of the PCB.
