133.33 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production
Its supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, allowing it to run from a common 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator. The Enable/Disable function lets the system gate the clock output, pulling the supply current from 58 mA (max) down to 22 mA (max) when disabled.
Industrial temperature grade and MEMS reliability
The MEMS base resonator is inherently more shock- and vibration-tolerant than a quartz crystal — a practical advantage in motor-drive or automotive auxiliary applications.
6-SMD package and board layout
Housed in a 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm 6-SMD package with an exposed pad (No Lead), the part requires a thermal-land pattern on the PCB for proper heat dissipation and mechanical stability. The seated height of 0.90 mm keeps it low-profile for mezzanine or card-edge applications.
