The DSC1122AE2-150.0000T is a 150 MHz MEMS-based XO with LVPECL output, ±25 ppm frequency stability, and a wide supply range of 2.25V to 3.6V.
Package and mounting – 6-SMD, no exposed pad
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. Surface-mount package – the 0.90mm height keeps it low-profile for tight card-edge or mezzanine assemblies. The Enable/Disable pin is useful for board-level power sequencing or test modes.
Temperature grade and supply – commercial range, flexible voltage
The 2.25V–3.6V supply range means it runs on a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate regulator.
