LVPECL output at 75 MHz — termination matters
This is a 75 MHz XO with LVPECL output — the differential signal requires a 50-ohm to VCC-2V termination at the receiver, not the single-ended CMOS termination most engineers reach for first. The MEMS base resonator gives it faster startup than a quartz equivalent and better shock resistance per the DSC1122 family data.
Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, covering both 2.5V and 3.3V rails without a separate regulator.
Package and footprint — 7×5 mm, no exposed pad
Housed in a 6-SMD, No Lead Exposed Pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm. The absence of an exposed pad simplifies layout — no thermal-via array needed under the oscillator.
