312.5 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator for high-speed timing
The DSC1122AE1-312.5000 is a 312.5 MHz XO (Standard) oscillator built on a MEMS resonator, delivering LVPECL output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across -20°C to 70°C. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, drawing 58 mA max from the rail — the Enable/Disable function pulls the supply current down to 22 mA when the output is tri-stated.
