150 MHz LVPECL MEMS oscillator — active production
The DSC1122AE1-150.0000T is a MEMS-based XO delivering a 150 MHz LVPECL output with ±50 ppm frequency stability across -20°C to +70°C. Supply voltage spans 2.25 V to 3.6 V, making it compatible with 2.5 V and 3.3 V clock trees without an external regulator. Maximum supply current is 58 mA; the disable function drops draw to 22 mA max when the output is tri-stated.
MEMS resonator — rugged alternative to quartz
The base resonator is MEMS rather than quartz, which gives the oscillator better resistance to shock and vibration and a faster start-up time — a practical advantage in networking gear, industrial controllers, and outdoor equipment where a quartz crystal might suffer microphonic frequency shifts.
Package and footprint — 7.0 x 5.0 mm, 6-SMD
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead exposed pad package measuring 7.00 mm x 5.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm. The exposed pad on the underside should be soldered to a ground plane for thermal relief — the pad is not a signal connection but does affect the thermal resistance of the package.
