The DSC1122AE1-123.5200 is a Microchip MEMS-based XO delivering a fixed 123.52 MHz LVPECL output from a 2.25V to 3.6V supply rail.
LVPECL output — termination and signal integrity
LVPECL is a differential output standard requiring a 50-ohm termination to Vcc-2V at the receiver. The 123.52 MHz carrier with ±50 ppm stability keeps the clock edge within the jitter budget for 10GbE SerDes, FPGA transceivers, and high-speed ADC/DAC reference clocks.
MEMS resonator and package footprint
The MEMS base resonator means no quartz crystal is inside the package — the oscillator is factory-trimmed and needs no external load capacitors. The 6-SMD No Lead Exposed Pad package measures 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm, a standard footprint for 7x5 mm oscillators.
