100 MHz LVPECL clock with MEMS resonator
The LVPECL output delivers the differential signal needed for high-speed clock distribution in networking, FPGA, and SerDes applications. The MEMS resonator resists frequency-pull under mechanical stress better than quartz — relevant for outdoor telecom or industrial motor-drive boards.
Supply range and frequency stability
Runs on a 2.25V to 3.6V supply, so it can share a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without an extra regulator. That disable current is low enough to let a power-management controller gate the oscillator without a load switch.
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead exposed pad package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of 0.90mm.
