125 MHz MEMS oscillator with AEC-Q100 qualification
Rated AEC-Q100, this oscillator is qualified for automotive applications where reliability under thermal and vibration stress is mandatory — engine control units, ADAS sensors, and infotainment modules all benefit from the MEMS resonator's shock resistance compared to quartz. The Enable/Disable function lets the system designer gate the clock output without removing power — useful for power-sequencing or test modes where the downstream logic must be held in reset.
Supply voltage flexibility and current draw
Operating from 2.25V to 3.6V, this oscillator spans the common 2.5V and 3.3V logic rails without an external LDO — a single supply covers both, simplifying the power tree. Maximum supply current is 35 mA when enabled; disabling the output drops the draw to 22 mA max, which matters for battery-backed or always-on modules where every milliamp counts.
Housed in a 6-SMD no-lead package measuring 7.00mm x 5.00mm with a seated height of just 0.90mm, this oscillator fits standard clock footprints and reflow profiles common to automotive PCBs.
No end-of-life notice or successor has been announced.
