100 MHz MEMS oscillator with full military temp range
The MEMS base gives it inherent shock and vibration tolerance — useful in engine-bay ECUs, downhole tools, and avionics where a quartz can fails from mechanical stress. Supply voltage spans 2.25V to 3.6V, so it runs directly off a 2.5V or 3.3V rail without a separate LDO. The CMOS output at 100 MHz drives typical FPGA clock inputs and high-speed serial reference clocks directly.
Active lifecycle and AEC-Q100 pedigree
That means no last-time-buy scramble and no forced redesign for the foreseeable future. AEC-Q100 qualification means the oscillator meets automotive reliability stress and temperature-grade requirements.
Housed in a 6-SMD, no-lead package measuring 2.50 mm x 2.00 mm with a seated height of 0.90 mm.
